Your level of delusion is off the charts. You sound more like a cheerleader than an investor.
I don't think you understand this company at all. You just took a punt after reading an article behind a paywall.
It's been 8 years since FDV had its IPO and the only reason it lasted this long was by regularly tapping shareholders for more capital - $225m from IPO. It's now worth half that amount it is still burning cash.
It's likely in the mid $8m now. And that's after drastic cost cutting in the past year. With revenue falling the hemorrhage is only getting worse.
Management can't go back to the market and pass the bucket. This "strategic review" is a desperate attempt to recover pennies on the dollar by finding a buyer. It's a very hard sell to offload a company which has burned through $100m and never generated a profit. We are not in the 2021 SPAC frenzy anymore.
You'll be lucky if they got more than it's current market cap.
