we need RBA to cut interest rates and banks to lower their savings rates to 4.5% ..and WAM to maintain 1.5 - 2 year + reserve for getting back on the leg.
so many existing holders who are tired of watching red colour on their portfolio will exit at every opportunity they get and that may slow the speed of going up quickly.. !
