i think they are hinting at the possibility of financing being delayed again until the long term price reaches what they need.
i'd rather sign contracts at higher prices than the current long term just in case we have start up issues.
obviously they want to keep to the timeline they have given us. but clearly the best thing for us as a business is to see a long term price that will give us options and security going forward.
