re: litigation with cba Yak
Getting out of bed in the morning is a gamble
Life it self is a gamble
That is if you want to take the meaning of a gamble literally.
However there is also a difference between taking a punt or a gamble on a stock where you have limited knowledge of the situation and Hoping that it works out the way you want, even in the case of a spec mining oil stock.
And planning a trade where avaliable information and risks can be factored in.
There is a reason IAS has gone from a share price of $1.80 to less than its cash backing of $0.35 per share and a quick look at the charts does not show any signs of a recovery even though the business has grown with the take over of a competitor.
If you are happy with the risk involved well go for it and good luck but the information avaliable and the market would indicate you are gambling not trading and you are kidding yourself if you think otherwise
