From comments made at the AGM, I think Iain regrets the doing the video call. From memory he said something like "you're dammed if you do and dammed if you don't"
In Iain's words to me at the AGM, they don't want to come out with data and announce something that then WDS would may not agree with or hold a different view. I think this is a cop out as PCL hold every right to make any announcement to SH's based on their own analysis and advice. They don't have to come out and say we should drill this spot and it holds 10bb, they just can say we believe this, what we see is this.... etc, etc. Typical nothing more or nothing less than that.
But I think WDS have Iain's nurries in a tight grip with whatever agreement was signed. Remember the license stuff up, so I can just imagine other stuff contained in the agreement we are not privy to.
