Proposed Exploration program
"Greenvale proposes an aggressive 2025 exploration program at Oasis with the goal of bringing known and extended mineralisation at Oasis to JORC 2012 resource status."
So the task at hand is to come up with a JORC for the Oasis resource.
Table 1 on page 3 indicates decent grades of U3O8 in the historical Assays and it looks to me that the JORC grade could be in excess of 0.30% U3O8 just by roughly aggregating the values in Table 1. On that basis the JORC grade would be sufficient for a viable Uranium mine. And a very valuable one at that!!
The Qld Government would have to change the current QLD Uranium mining policy. But surely with the forthcoming demise of Thermal Coal royalties upon which the State is so dependant, the Government must pursue Uranium royalties in lieu.....
