where we were before Hank held much potential and hope, but little action other than ordering one Eiga.... it was a weak startup compared with what Hank has done with the company.
now we have realistic plans with real achievement. he's not waiting for something to happen - he's making things happen. and doing it properly by all indicators. he hasn't missed a trick yet.
