Yeah few things that don't add up in that webinar.
2 biggest missteps for me were
- infineon are creating their own reram with tsmc partnership. And they approached us with a deal, a deal that will see them receive inside information to our tech, our engineers and imec engineers. And they may stall our design all whilst they continue their own with newly gathered 4ds insights. I wouldn't trust a company that comes to you with a deal and we still pay full price. That's not a deal, that's them getting 4.5m access to our tech. This is why our board is not capable of protecting what we have. I'd like to know what protections are in place for everything share holders have payed for, what's in place to ensure they are not delaying what we have being introduced before their tech. was it a rushed through deal and these aspects have not been covered, what's actually at play here.
- Dave also mentioned the tier 1 foundry partnership infineon have, and referred to our tier 1 or assumption it will just happen, them near the end of the webinar , he states tier 2. You don't make that misstep between a tier 1 and 2.
