Yep, i have been around on EDE for almost as long as anyone along with about 3 other posters and it certainly appears to be different this time around.
I wouldn't pay any heed to the ramblings of down rampers. If you do your research and are happy to buy then no amount of downramping will change your opinion.
I have been very negative on EDE for about a year now with what looks like never ending waiting and while this latest announcement is essentially more waiting it certainly looks to be going full steam ahead.
Anyway thats my 2 cents worth - on a side note, this mornings depth looks impressive, lets hope she continues that march upwards.
