Yeah, I would not hold much weight on it to be honest. At the AGM the question was asked - would they be opening up the data room at a point in time if WDS had not committed prior to the May date? Their response was very cagey and a "no comment" was given. So unless someone actually has been told by PCL then I think they are just guesses from willing and annoyed investors.
