You're jumping ahead significantly but assuming your assumptions are valid, JV is more likely and probably hoping for similar financial terms to the current with S32. I believe there were ongoing discussions that preceeded the capital raise, timing issues being the motivation for them to go ahead on the exploration alone. I think the discussions were with entities significantly bigger than S32, I don't know what that meant.
