Gary no announcement as yet, maybe my guess wasn't so good after all, I'm surprised one has not come as yet and would find this bizzare should Carbon not make a similar announcement as Cougar did yesterday.
Maybe with the different circumstances between the two, Carbon may get the go ahead sooner than Cougar (Should they get it)hence them maybe not having a notice from the DERM. (Just making assumptions though).
