In my opinion , with the passing of the capital notes and warrants , those participants with large outstanding short positions will no longer be required to buy back the return shares on market . It never ceases to amaze me how the professional short participants by-pass ever needing to buy back on market , removing any upward price pressure . Well done to all involved .
The good news for retail shareholders is that the larger shorters no longer need to force the share price down to accumulate any return positions and in fact they are more probably in a position where they would prefer an uptrend in share price .
The next few months should be interesting for all shareholders . The pro’s certainly do like to run a share price up prior to any news ……
