TMG is positioned quite positively as WCC was previously drilled - I don't see why they won't get approval to drill again. Also they hired Andre to get offtake agreements and into production, the guy has 15 years of experience and is part of a company that actually produces antimony; I'd say TMG will most likely use these guys which will elimate the stress finding a production partner.
I doubt management want to be taken over when they have everything lined up.
Management stated NSW is a key focus for them this year and I don't doubt that, especially management onboarded so many key players. Not much downside if you look at it objectively.
