Wouldn't have thought it's the reason for the run up either tbh. The run up IMO is due to anticipation over the completion of the helium survey, which in theory should only be a couple of weeks off, but we all know about RRS and timescales...hopefully AGI are a bit more prompt with deadlines, but we'll see.

As far as I'm concerned the whole thing is a non-event unless there's ever an announcement saying 'the rig has been mobilised'.

Im confident we'll move higher from this point when we announce mobilisation and get closer to the spud date, but it won't be anything to do with Puntland.
