what an odd statement to make. Much of the criticism is that we are left in the dark with no information to make sound investment decisions. Clear communication is a must for good management, IMU lacks this. In addition, underhand tactics to provide negative information to the market in relation to dropping a full platform without any reasoning provided (the reasoning for dropping the platform may well be sound but investors are entitled to know why the decision was made so that they can have confidence that management is actually acting in their interest) in an otherwise unrelated presentation is an abysmal way of communicating with shareholders. That can indeed be criticised not because investors know all the minutiae but because they don't as relevant information for investment decisions is not provided.
