Your viewpoint is trivial .. much talk of why AVM can't be worth more... which is your viewpoint and fine ..Your concerned about a CR ...IMHO I'm not as I don't think its going be a long drawn out affair to all S/Hs but a quick placement to an Insto like PAC partners for a quick injection of capital the market will hardly have time to stress about CR before exploration results will be released IMHO

But please show me a better-placed explorer with a better mix of projects(that could also be trimmed down raising capital), especially high-grade Silver Projects for the cap-size for EV-$5mill

AVM hosts the largest silver (AgEq) resource in Mexico across all ASX companies...some 40Moz ageq 240g/t to 500+g/t Ageq and both of these projects are only a fraction like 10% explored of their Large vein structures ... Mexico is a SILVER powerhouse producing twice as much as the 2nd and 3rd largest producing nations put together..

Now if you are not BULLISH Silver investment case going-forward then makes no sense to be investing here .. IMHO Silver will break $100oz before the decade is out ... now what will a micro-cap be worth if they have proved up 100Moz+ high grade next door to a HUGE consumer
