Completely agree with the above. If we didn't have this impending capital raise then we would be trading much higher than we currently are and 10c would be a low offer. I am very much taking into account the previous raise that got cancelled as a reference for the massive dilution that could occur that would effectively be a 20c takeover in todays terms.
In saying this.. if you participate fully in any raise then no dilution effect.. but if you are like me then you may already be fully invested.
