I am to receive 11,250 options in my super fund from the 1 for 2 SPP allocation in April 2022
In my personal account I am to receive 50,000 options purchased in Dec 2023. I bought 9,042 shares in the SPP & was entitled to 4,521 options. So far, they have not been replaced with the new offer.
I contacted Computershare & if I understood the woman correctly, which was difficult because of her accent, she said she found my 4,521 options but they were in a different ID account. She was not able to tell me the ID because of security. I was then asked to log in to Computershare directly & not go through a link & I would see the missing ID. I did that & the result was 2 IDs but they were my personal ID & my Super ID. The result is I will have to contact SMN directly. Computershare next to useless. The interesting thing was I could not find any history for the options only the shares.
