It sounds like AK is not supportive of Gerald? Obviously doesnt like their terms, perhaps he thinks they are angling for a take over at a low ball price.
Resolution to add capacity for CR - The CR resolution states that CR must be within 3 months of the meeting.. ? Am i interpretting this correctly? Some of the recent trading looked like brokers to me. Sounds like a CR could be coming to fund early works..(yes i know it doesnt say this is a guarantee)
