Not necessarily…essentially, what I am saying is for a company as beaten down as FDV, I wouldn’t want to second guess a turnaround, or a bottom on the charts etc.
I would rather give up some upside and see actual evidence of it, either in the operating performance (blowout results), or better still, signs of institutional accumulation in the price action ahead of any fundamental developments (pick up in volume, momentum, reclaiming key support levels etc.) - the price action tends to lead actual inflections in the fundamentals, though this is less reliable as a signal for small, thinly traded, illiquid companies like FDV.
If I miss the opportunity anyway, that’s fine too - there’s plenty of fish in the ocean especially if you invest globally (which I do), and like I said, you can probabistically make money more reliably in several other places even if the upside potential may not be as bombastic.
