Isn't it a bit of a issue or really a huge issue MMR trading with Pep11 denied by state and Federal Governments, the ASX would be aware of the issues facing MMR currently over the Pep11 denial I suppose with MMR being on the ASX radar following the 5 year suspension.
From my understanding PDF,s are scrutinised very very closely, and DB is a ASX nemesis going off past actions regarding companies he’s been involved in, interesting space both BPH and MMR atm.
The last time things got tough for BPH in the last denial of Pep11 a suspension was thrown by the ASX on BPH because of DB,s apparent shenanigans , MMR was already in suspension at the time, due to DB,s previous dealings with the ASX and subsequent legal issues again surrounding DB and his company’s legal issues.
imo companies that have obvious regulatory issues moving forward under current conditions and legal issues etc should actually be put in suspension as it’s there role the ASX and ASIC to adjudicate the regulatory road map of ASX listed companies to protect the shareholders imo, but of course you’d know better, so what’s your opinion on the ASX,s likely actions moving forward in 2025 of what your selling atm ????
Do you think MMR will face a suspension in the ST 3X for the way Pep11 has been denied and subsequent proposed legal action you’ve been spruking as a fore gone conclusion in outcome lol !!!

DB will have to choose his path moving forward very carefully imo, do you actually think he’s still up to the task 3X, he actually seems to be MIA tbh since the last Cap Raise tbh !!
