You might have been hoping but I was expecting. They seem to be implying that they don't know when it is payable and if that is correct, then the agreement relating to the sale was deficient in not providing a time frame for the first payment and that is hard to imagine. If they do know when it is due and payable it should be in the report and if they genuinely don't know they shouldn't be relying on WDS report but should have communicated with them to ascertain the date. This is pathetic.
