Not a blockbuster announcement but still evidence that work is proceeding behind the scenes. We know it's a drawn-out process to receive all approvals and begin development but at least things are underway, and surely less complicated by the use of the Renard plant. If we were beaten to production by PMET I'd be greatly surprised, considering theirs will be a full greenfield application with greater environmental issues.
