Maybe, again if you are "of the belief" - doesn't that highlight the point I was making - the reporting from the company be it Quarterly or Annual, does not provide sufficient information so such things are clear?
For mine, there should be reporting and tracking on either the return on investment, or reporting on the value of the 4% stake - FSCO was valued at 25 mill (by who knows who or how that was not released to holders either) to justify 1 mill = 4%, there should be a line item somewhere in the Annual Reports showing either a definitive ROI value back to SPX or a reviewed valuation showing the Value of that 4% stake of a Private Company (verified by the auditors) for the year - there is neither.
