Has the Company stated anything to confirm all conditions of the Achilles Project acquisition have been completed, even though there's another week to go? Not sure if I missed an announcement.
From the September Quarterly report, with minor edits:
"The acquisition's completion [EL 6388] hinges on serveral condtions: shareholder approval [completed], necessary regulatory and department transfer approvals and the execution of deeds of assignment for existing third party agreements tied to EL 6388. All conditions must be satisified or waived by 31 January 2025"
