re: litigation with cba YAK.. u sure have big kahunas to be touching this stock.
Id rather wait for some feeddback / comments on the CBA commission news and if its good for IAS, Id rather buy on the upside.. than to have funds sitting in there will low liquidity and not moving around much in terms of share price.
So if it runds from 35c to 40c or above..Id rather buy on the breakout kinda thing.. .

Also, doesnt it come down to 'knowing ur client'? IAS knew who this client was.. where he was from even had personal contacts with him regularly at his branch. Knew his title... so CBA will be arguning this side.

A firm cant simple turn a blind eye to money coming into a business with taking precaustions. Could be a case against negligence.. duty of care owed even.

As for investment being a risk...agree with some other psost, life is a risk.. but we take calculated risk prior to making decisions. think about it.

anyway...I agree with a lot of people who have replied to your comments on IAS.. I just hope that possible like IAS, u too dont end up be screwed.

    EG. OF a caluclulated risk.

Stock QGC, is doing a share purchase plan @ 25c.
Last trade 38c (up approx 55%)
Need to be a holder by next Tues (08/02) with ATLEAST 1 share. Then you are eligible for the SPP of up to $5,000.

    Potential return on $5,000?? Approx $2,750 ($7,750)
Or buy in several names and increase your holding ;)

Good luck what ever u do YAK!

Great post by others who replied!
