I wouldn’t be surprised if they started a few days before yesterday’s announcement. You wouldn’t announce this until it’s well underway just in case. So let’s assume they started on 20 Jan. Reckon they want to be able to say something meaningful in Dec Quarterly around 31 Jan and then be on target to announce IP30 by end of quarter as previously announced.

Shock ‘n Awe means you gotta be fixin for on time delivery of way over doggone ornary flow rates all y’all. This ain’t our first rodeo. Don’t be sweatin like a hooker in a church. You hearin me? Git r done!

    Here’s a possible timeframe:

    Frac Fleet Organisation

    1.Pumps:

26 pumps (2,000 HHP each), providing 80,000 HHP total.

•Allocate evenly between the two wells, with 13 pumps per well to ensure sufficient pressure and rate.

    2.Auxiliary Equipment:

Blenders: 2 per well to mix sand and fluid.

    Water and Sand Supply:

•Ensure continuous delivery of ~375,000 lb of sand per stage (as per table).

•Ensure sufficient water storage and transport to support high rates (20 m³/min).

    3.Zipper Fracking Strategy:

•Alternate between the two wells to minimize downtime.

•Frack one stage in SS-2H ST1 while prepping the next stage in SS-3H, and vice versa.

    Timeline Estimation

    Inputs:

    Pumping rate: 20 m³/min.

Average water per stage: 750 m³ (based on lateral length and intensity).

    Pumping time per stage:

Prep and transition time per stage:

Includes perforation, plug setting, and switching: ~2 hours.

    Frac Start and Completion

    Start Date: 20 January 2025

Estimated Completion: 29 January 2025 (just before heavy rain?)

Key Considerations for High Pumping Rate:

    1.Material Supply:

    • Reliable delivery of water and sand to support 20 m³/min pumping.

    • Each stage requires 750 m³ water and ~375,000 lb sand.

    2.Weather Preparation:

    •Pad infrastructure must handle rain.

•If rain delays are likely, preload water and sand for uninterrupted operations.

    3.Equipment Maintenance:

•High pumping rates place significant strain on pumps. Schedule regular maintenance to prevent downtime.

    4.Personnel:

•24-hour shifts with two teams to ensure continuous operation.
