Exergen constantly say they don't use evaporation in their process.
Its on their website. COLDRY technology delivers DEMINERALISED Cold water to prospective power stations and the way I see it Exergens coal is cooked at 300degs. HOW much energy does exergen use to take the minerals out of the water and most importantly how do they keep the water colder than the COLDRY process.

With all the large names like Tara backing the idea of your technology, I find it amazing you are trying to apply for a coal tenement in the fastest growth corridor in Australia ...... Why not apply the technology on Tata leases??? LOL
