    There's still plenty of risk from prices of Li/Boron in 2028, construction of the processing plant but to mine the raw product is not risky and not very capital intensive.
    Some layers of risk still there for sure but if you look at mining companies who are in the establishment stages, most of the biggest risks have already been taken off the table. Such as;
    Finance, goverment approval/backing, permits to extract minerals, permits to construct plants, environmental approval and offtake orders for your product.

    At the current share price, if your looking at it from a risk perspective....I think it is undervalued and the market is wrong, regarding the true value of INR at the moment. IMO
    10 baggers don't come easily from what I have seen and are not always the most obvious to the market or we would all be rich.
    They don't happen in short time frames either often so I guess you have to ask yourself if you would be willing to take the risk over say a 4 year timeframe to 10x your investment? Or you they go belly up and fail....
