I think of the people who want to change the date a very small percentage of those people would still complain.

I know some aboriginal people want to abolish the date all together which I completely disagree with.

So I think change the date and keeping a national holiday overall would be a positive move.

with zero to no impact on non-aboriginals and a very positive impact on some aboriginals.

and we should continue to celebrate this great country and all it's done for many people. Just on a different day.
