It's probably a failure of imagination, but I can't think of any pertinent questions that won't be constrained by confidentiality or covered by the upcoming press release. More than keen keen to see who the electro-chem partner is.
Personal feeling is that none of this goes ahead without those involved having confidence that end-to-end process can occur. Rider on that is that the electro-chem plant can be used for partner salt-processing other than PWN input from brine.
