The reality is it's in long term suspension that does not trade on the stock market . Whether it will again who knows? The company got approval from shareholders to issue 500 million shares to LDA for $400,000.
Did CLZ receive that money ?How are they presently financing the company. Why would LDA fork out $400k if CLZ was proposing selling Kat Gap to Bain. Seriously , there is so much BS about this lot .
So what is Deano trying to sell off Kat Gap or not . Is he still getting paid. Or is he panning down the creek as Ghosta tells us.
