bkp not included in pfc's 20 well program, page-6

Maybe you only got it partially mixed up; you threw me with the opening paragraph:

"Couple of signifiacant point to this one - BKP has elected not to participate in the 20 well horizontal drill program but can re-enter after the drilling by paying all costs (proportional to interests) as well as a 400% penalty."

The 20-well program that wasn't taken up by the partner has nothing to do with BKP since this is on 103/104 where BKP holds no interest. So the talk of 400% penalties also does not apply to BKP ;)

I didn't want you to accidentally scare any newbies to BKP on this thread. Fear is the only enemy we have here.
