i looked at some property there a subdivision around the back(not seachange) put down $1000 settle when it went through council bought 3 blocks(coral sea drive) then didn't go through council ten months later.They gave me money back than went through council but doubled in price.I bought them off burrem heads real estate i forget the old guys name but he owns a heap of property around there. The guy with the pub still there ex NASCAR driver is has made a quid out of that place.
