REE is not on any export ban yet. So these companies can still buy REE from China. US regulations prevent them from buying from China for many military products. Every one of these companies have a large portion of the business with military.
JMO opinion but there are many reasons why China will not ban REE exports. All of these I have given many times so I will not repeat it again.
Yes and Texas was suppose to be done about 2 years ago see PG 28 of 5 year plan. Lamp production has been slipped once from CAL 2024 to Fy 2025 Will it slip again to CAL 2025. Have not heard anything yet. Would expect to here they are making small quantities for testing very soon if they are going to be shipping in June. With Lynas no news usually turns out to be bad news announced just before things are suppose to be done. Like Lamp not being able to use Concentrate from KAL with out secondary processing even though they were testing for a year.
