Judging by the enthusiasm that David has always shown when talking about it, I would say they will - unless the DD reveals something not so good that they did not know of before. In any case, dropping out simply due to the cash position concerns would be scandalous:
a) They raised cash and drew some major investors using a package that had this as a serious consideration b) they knew the cash position when they paid the non-refundable $50k!
I don't know how it will all be funded, but for the above reasons, I feel confident this will be taken up.
