I would expect some news before any cr to move the price a bit more.
It is very annoying that when they can't raise money they go back to the sholders with an entitlement offer but when things are better its too much trouble so they place it with others after we have been sitting and waiting for rewards for some time.
This company needs a pr person to get some news out and interest in the company.
