Apart from the inteligent posts about LYC you guys make, I think the reason for the SP staying at this level is because Lynas have contracts possibly already committed.
So unless they take over other companies who are sitting on ore but not soon able to produce for the consumers is at a stalemate.
To say the least that prices may also be at a fixed rate which means not optimum profits.
My comments are not by any means highly technical as my game was in design of special purpose machinery not mining.
