I'm putting down the lack of market interest to risk.
If we look at our neighbour to see how their history played out, they opened around $5.50 in 2011, took a couple years of price discovery to end up at sub $1, then 7-8 years later when they finished their demo chip and validated it, that's when things started happening.
Seems even with our "sell the IP" approach, the market still wants to see the validated demo chip to be comfortable with the risk level.
