yeah the told me about sewerage was coming(3yrs ago it was) like i said i did my homework i use to live in Noosa.I live in Townsville now this place is firing as well any new business does well here.Poeple all have good jobs and they love to spend. Woodgate relies on tourist sometimes can be tough,The locals are the backbone here150k population good size town.The real estate boom has travelled even out to Mt Isa. Does anybody hire boats in Woodgate or is there a tacle shop this is a good business if your the first in an up and coming area
