re: Ann: Otto Executes Farm-out of Service Co... they should spend money on marantao - i.e. if they don't deem this massive target non-core. the difference between non-core and core is now heavily blurred.

producing profitable turkish gas fields (at very good gas prices).
Phillipines Oil Service Contracts with identified targets in oil seep region.

If this is non core, what is core? This deal smells - i thought we had cleansed all those weird ownership royalties and then they go and do this deal.
