I think they took too long and the time to get this over the line was during Biden administration in USA. They are now finalising commerciality in a world where hydrogen uses for energy storage and transport have been debunked and the cash is drying up - all of the easy cash.
Now we are looking at a smaller market, but in my view the only true market, just smaller. The original and historic uses of hydrogen.
Anyway, I think it's just going to get a little harder for us with this US Administration.
