Don't be surprised if 20nm is actually successful, there isn't some early offers on the table. It's not like 4DS will just stop developing the tech if it's successful, that's why they are forward looking and signing with Infineon to continue the process...
however, if 20nm is as good as they (we) hope, im sure the IP is still for sale at the right price.
