Probably no one gives a toss any more.
This stock is a dog.
It has been since the 1980s.
No small shareholder has ever made a gain in investing in this for the real business case.
Traders and those in the know, Macquarie Bank, Contractors and current predators are the winners every time.
In a way, this is fair enough as Shareholders have allowed a truly apalling management to run S/H funds into the ground and give it away to those better placed to extract the value??.
It is likely that a liquidation sale would realise more for shareholders than the current scheme.

I'm done with the perpetual promises.
I'm done with believing in any management at BCD.
I'll vote against the scheme to further devalue my stock.
I consider it a write off anyway so I wont vote for another set of predators to scoop up my $.

Good luck to the speculators that have the opportunity to take yet another punt at this thing. Beware though, a lot of us have been here before- many times.
