Yes, very interesting. I wonder if this has caused some of the delay in allocation. Or will this throw a further spanner in the works - ie. need for re-budgeting, etc.
It would be nice to get a bit of feedback from the boss man, seeing as though he was mentioned.
Hopefully it might at least generate a bit of positive sentiment.
