They haven't converted at 3.8c. This is what you don't understand about the terms. They will short the hell out of it, till we get to low 3/ High 2s and then convert at a price of 2.8c or even lower, and then make money on the way up. If no money made on the way up, no matter, they will make plenty more than 20M on the way down.
