I'll give you an even easier way to see the error of your ways.
Go to 15th & 16th of Jan and drop the chart timeframe to an hourly or less. You will see a huge open on the 16th of 24% gain due to a nice update. Unfortunately it lost almost all of that 24% gain and only closed up 1.13%.
Then dropped -15% in 2 days.
