Can anyone shed any light of the possibility that KAR will not get regulatory approval for their 20% farm-in to Maruja?
It now behoves Petrobras to try to put the kibosh on the deal if this is a significant discovery.
The deal was penned 4 months ago and I know Brazil's bureaucracy is among the worst in the world but this seems to be a pretty straight forward deal.
I'm not being a pessimist, I am just trying to get a full picture of the risks involved before piling even more money into what I believe to be a undervalued company with excellent management!
