@Maverick1986 ...my caveat , per the post, was"with a working chip" & we are a fair way off that today..
Instos need to see less risk & then massive FOMO imo...inside whispers may well lead the announcements so those with more risk tolerance will push the SP whenever.
For me I think we are closer to liquidity than we think...perhaps months.
